Ulta3 Earl Grey

One little gem of a brand that we have here in Australia is Ulta3. These little bottles of goodness are only $2.50 a pop, but the quality of the colours and application is usually good. Occasionally you'll find a scary frost or blobby mess, but on the whole its a fun and cheap brand.

Here is one from their new colour range - Earl Grey:

A yummy neutral taupe creme. Classic and on trend, and a nice palate cleanser when the blues and greens and incessant konading gets too much. This is two coats with Seche Vite on top, and it applied well if you work a little faster than usual.
